Samanjas Vision
It is our vision to become a people’s
powerhouse, a distinct corporate entity where the management, workforce,
suppliers, and clients all collude to generate the immense energy
that lies at the core of any truly successful enterprise.
We started out as manufacturers of brass electrical and electronic
machined components in 1970 in Jamnagar, India with a modest workforce
of only 7 people. Our founders learnt very early the value of people
power. The success of our quality policy, which encourages employees
and suppliers to eliminate the cost of non-conformance, to generate
error-free output and to achieve significant quality improvement
of our products, has been a direct result of that early lesson.
The Samanjas Udyog success story is really a story
about teamwork, about the miracles that can be achieved when every
person in the chain of activities is steeped in the values, professionalism,
and ethos that form the core of the enterprise. Today we are one
of the premiere manufacturers of brass & bronze bearing cages.
We produce up to 7,80,000 pieces of bearing cages per year. We supply
customized non-ferrous continuous & centrifugal castings and
machined turned components to suit your specifications, whatever
they might be. Our team, which is our most important asset, is now
nearly a hundred people strong. Each one of those 100 people is
thoroughly trained, and performs his or her job with the skill and
precision of a surgeon, and the touch of an artist.
